As the platform lead for a KLAS Research award-winning ABA technology firm, I built tailored solutions and enterprise-grade products for providers across the country. My team helped the largest ABA organizations automate their workflows, achieve SOC 2 certification, and became CentralReach’s first official technology partner.

Prior to that, I led strategic initiatives at one of the largest ABA providers in the U.S., integrating practice management, clinical, and back-office systems to improve operational efficiency and executive visibility. I’ve also spoken at national conferences on the transformative power of AI and automation in autism care delivery.

Earlier in my career, I launched large-scale innovations at Optum, including PBM insourcing and service platform rollouts that scaled to millions of covered lives.
